"Inside the Box" Critique

Go to your own Photography Blog and create a new Post called "Inside the Box Critique." Insert your best finalized image (Insert image button is the small rectangular bluish landscape image on the post formatting menu).

Answer the following question: How did you use all aspects of composition (Elements of art & Principles of Design) to impact the expressive qualities of your best image?

Look at three other classmates blogs and positively comment on their best image in terms of content, composition(Elements of Art/Principles of Design), and technique. You can get to their blogs by clicking on Art ePortfolios on the Photography 1 page.

Instructions for Create Your Own Blog (if you haven't done this yet)

Log in to your DCSD student Gmail account. Go to More on your Black menu bar. Select Blogger. Create an account. Name your Blog: First Name Last Name Photography ePortfolio. This can also be your Blog address without spaces. Choose a theme. Create your Blog.

View your Blog
Copy URL of your Blog
Go to Art student ePortfolio Page:
https://sites.google.com/a/dcsdk12.org/phs-art-student-eportfolios/home

Click on edit button (pencil symbol).
Find your class and highlight your name.
Click on the Link button (chain link symbol).
Click on Web Address.
Paste the URL to you Blog.
Check box: Open in a New Window.
Click Okay.
Click Save.
